Growing Together 3: Thriving as Parents

$200 per couple | 2.5hr interactive workshop
In August, 2024, then U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy identified the stressors of parenting to be so significant that they warranted a public health crisis. He wrote, quoting so many parents in America, "They feel lucky to be raising kids, but they are struggling, often in silence and alone."

Parents are navigating so much on any given day, and it's more common than not to sometimes feel burnt out, exhausted, depleted, and lost. Our parenting workshop helps identify the causes of burnout and create real, concrete solutions to find more breathing room.
