This site is information, not care

Everything on this website is general information about mental health, parenthood, and the services offered by Threaded Wellness. It is written for a broad audience and cannot account for your particular situation.

Reading this site does not create a therapist-client relationship. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or clinical advice for you specifically. That relationship begins only after an intake process, with paperwork, informed consent, and a scheduled appointment, not by browsing, emailing, or booking a consultation.

Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have already received, because of something you read here.

Who we can see

Megan Lobsinger is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Counseling is regulated at the state level, which means she can only work with clients located in states where she holds a license, currently Ohio. This applies to telehealth as well as in-person sessions, and depends on where you are physically located during the session, not where you live on paper.

If you are outside that area, we are glad to help you look for someone local, but we cannot provide services ourselves.

Adults and adolescents. The practice does not work with young children.

There is no hard age line, because the right one depends on the young person rather than their birthday. If you are wondering whether this is a fit for your teenager, call us on (513) 445-2276 and we will talk it through.

For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian needs to be part of setting up care, so please call rather than using the online scheduler. Consent and what is and is not shared with a parent are covered in the paperwork before a first session, not on this page.

If you are under 18 and pregnant or parenting, call and we will talk it through with you too. If you need support right now, call or text 988.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled through SimplePractice. That is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy, and using it means agreeing to those as well.

A booked consultation is a conversation about whether the practice is a good fit. It is not itself a clinical service, and either side may decide it is not the right match.

Cancellation, no-show, and payment policies are covered in the practice paperwork you receive when beginning services, not on this page. Fees and insurance information shown on this site are current as of the date above and may change.

Contacting us

Phone and email are appropriate for scheduling questions and general inquiries. They are not secure and are not appropriate for detailed health information. Use the client portal for anything clinical.

We aim to respond to inquiries within three business days. There is no guarantee of availability, and reaching out does not obligate the practice to accept you as a client.

Content on this site

Text, design, photographs, and the Threaded Wellness name and marks belong to the practice or are used under license. You are welcome to read, print, and share pages for personal use, and to link to the site. Please do not republish substantial portions, or use the content commercially, without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
